Brad scoped out a well detailed proposal for my project, which was quite involved. Didn't have to wait months for a time slot. Brad delivered - he did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. And followed up after project completion to ensure no glitches, and that system was operating as designed. I trust Brad that if I needed something, he would follow up with me. I would definitely work with him again if another project came up.

Techno Brad not only got us a huge savings on our bill but got all the televisions up and on line for streaming. He enjoys problem solving IT issues. Faster Wifi after he figured out that the wifi was fighting itself. Cleaned up all the old wiring and removed the Spectrum stuff no longer needed. We now can close the cabinet door. Our experience today with Brad was positive. We needed some security devices installed. He went over the tutorial showing us how to operate the system and addressed our questions. We were also having issues with Alexa commands to control the lighting in our home. Brad spent time troubleshooting those issues and now everything is working correctly and properly grouped. Alexa is now following voice commands throughout the entire house. He is very knowledgeable. He’s going to return in about a week to see how everything is working and address any new questions we may have. Which adds peace of mind. I highly recommend him and will hire him again for future technology needs.
