Earlier this year I was fortunate enough to come across a team of exceptional plumbers who provided outstanding service during a critical situation.There was a persistent leak in our upstairs kitchen window (a floor to ceiling louvered window) when it rained, which was impacting the downstairs bathroom ceiling. I called The Leak Detection Experts and Paul came out to have a look. He was very professional and knowledgable, gave us a quote and was able to answer all of our queries. His team displayed an excellent level of expertise, exhibiting a meticulous approach to identifying and resolving the issue. Milad and his team who were involved in the job, worked tirelessly for 2 days. The louvered window is such that there were many glass panels to remove. Because the space between the kitchen window and the boundary wall/ neighbours fence was minuscule the workers had to suspend themselves on the outside from the top floor ,to reseal the whole window. At times, the nature of leaks is such that they cannot all be identified, initially. It is a process of elimination. This was the case at my house. He returned a second time and identified further areas where the water was coming in from and again resealed the offending spots. And is returning for a third time to have a look at a small leak, at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Milad to any of my family or friends. A most professional group of individuals who helped diminish my level of stress, around this problem. Thank you Paul and Milad , you were amazing!

We had Paul Kluwer and his team check our roof leak after years of putting up with it. They were quick and professional and had the job done as quickly as possible. They are not cheap, but they did a proper water test, took pictures and even used a heat detection device to work out where the water was pooling in the ceiling. In the end our problem was fixed and the also advised on how to avoid it happening again. All in all we are happy with their service.

The team were friendly, professional, on time and were thorough in explaining the leak we are experiencing. They were easy and lovely to work with and were responsive to all communication. Whilst the service was a tad pricey, it was way cheaper than allowing the leak to continue and then having to fix a damaged home. Would highly recommend them!

I suspected a leak after my bill doubled and decided to go with Paul and his team based on Google reviews and the thorough and sophisticated approach on their website. They showed up the next day and did not disappoint. They found the leak (with absolute precision) within an hour using a whole bunch of specialist equipment and Paul talked me through the process each step of the way. After they found the leak, they were also able to provide a competitive quote to replace the galvanised pipe with copper, and I found their approach to be honest and cost effective.
