We had EcoWater of MN install a new water heater and the whole experience was great. Adam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so we knew what to expect. We were impressed with how quickly they were able to get us scheduled and complete the work. Great customer service, professional work and an overall smooth experience.

EcoWater is an absolutely amazing company. By God's grace Chad Bettin and his fantastic team transformed Lighthouse Beginnings Kitchen, Foodshelf and Drop in Day Centered for those in need. The EcoWater team showed up with an army to expand every avenue to help the unsheltered and those in need with FREE water systems x 2, water bottles, food, shelving, financial support meeting so many needs for us. EcoWater is an awesome company that with faith has become a beautiful company driven asset to every place they serve. Awful company, do whatever you can to never cross paths with this organization. Lowes uses them for installs, in my case a dishwasher installation. It has been over 3 months since they initially showed up at my property. They did not complete the installation initially, and will not return messages, calls or support me in any way. Now I'm stuck with an incomplete dishwasher install with no recourse.
