Awful company, do whatever you can to never cross paths with this organization. Lowes uses them for installs, in my case a dishwasher installation. It has been over 3 months since they initially showed up at my property. They did not complete the installation initially, and will not return messages, calls or support me in any way. Now I'm stuck with an incomplete dishwasher install with no recourse.

Also using for dishwater installation, according to Lowe's. They are two weeks late and failing to communicate. If you don't install dishwashers, EcoWater, then you need to tell Lowe's that.

Eco installed a Lowes dishwasher and after three uses one of the mounting screws fell to the floor. When I called to see if they could come out to quickly install ONE SCREW I was told I would have to fit into their schedule for the following week. It would have been nice for them to say "Hey, we screwed up and we'll make it right - asap" Love how EcoWater put the problem on the customer vs. solving for the customer.
