I absolutely recommend Melynni. We told her what we were looking for and she found tons of properties with everything we were looking for. She was always on top of it. We found owner financing on a property in Texas County while we were still living in Illinois. She helped through the whole process. Was great answering any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she was on top of finding out for us. We closed on our property. Excited to be here in Missouri. Shout out to Ozark Mountain Real Estate! Jim and I had been looking for a new home in Arkansas for several months and getting absolutely nowhere. One evening while going through listings on Zillow, Jim filled out a request for more info on a listing. Next thing you know we were on the phone with this very helpful gal who I believe was heading home after an event with her granddaughter...anyway we told her what we were looking for and she promised to help us find our new home. After several outings to look at homes together we finally found the right fit for us. Every time we had a thought or question she was always very quick to respond and guide us along the way.
