Gabe is the man. I just refi’d with him and he got structured a one-year buy down and gave me a huge credit that covered the vast majority of my closing costs. I applied for a home loan and the loan officer at my bank dropped the ball. I was in a bit of a bind and needed to find a loan officer last minute that could help me out. It was late on a Sunday night and I needed this by Monday morning. I googled loan officers and started making phone calls. Gabe's name came up and honestly I didn't think I would get what I needed on a Sunday night. Gabe called me within just a few minutes and got right to work on my loan, let me just say out of the 5 that I called Gabe was the only 1 that called me back and in 2 weeks time I still have not received a call from any of the other's that I left a message for. Anyway, the next morning at 7am I got a notification that my credit had been pulled. Gabe was able to get me what I needed in less than 24 hours. Without his help I might have lost what is now going to be my new home. Gabe was very professional and attentive to what my problem and my needs were at such a short notice. If you are reading this and find yourself in the same bind as myself or maybe just need someone you can trust that is going to get you the best offer he can I couldn't suggest anyone better.
