I completed all required paperwork as instructed and made multiple follow-up calls regarding the status of my refund. It has now been two months since I formally requested the refund. As of today, I have received neither the promised reimbursement nor any communication regarding it. Their public response avoids acknowledging the refund commitment altogether.——-I purchased a package of spinal decompression sessions. Each session lasted approximately 7–10 minutes.Before starting, I was clearly told that if for any reason I wanted a refund, I would receive reimbursement for any unused sessions.After attending two sessions, the therapy did not relieve my pain, and I decided it was not the right treatment for me. I formally requested a refund and completed all the required paperwork as instructed.From the moment I submitted the refund request, my calls were no longer answered. I made multiple attempts to follow up regarding the status of my refund and received no response.As of today, I have not received the promised refund nor any communication explaining the delay.I do not recommend this place due to the lack of follow-through and failure to honor the refund policy that was presented at the time of purchase. My experience was disappointing and felt very unprofessional.
