They, not only worked for us, but more importantly, they and their team worked alongside us so we could unload 30 years worth of accumulation. A project that would have taken my family many months to accomplish was handled with care, efficiency and timeliness. Their knowledge of the market, communication, professionalism, genuine support, humor and warmth made this seemingly overwhelming task less stressful and achievable in a matter of two weeks! There is a reason they have consistent 5 star reviews. Thanks to the J&D Realty Team, this was a seamless transition of our family home and fond memories to someone else's new home with ease.

My daughter purchased a home near Rocky Mount VA. They had a great experience work with J&D realty team. They moved there out state and some different situations then a normal purchase of a home. J &D made the whole process very smooth. J&D were so knowledgeable and flexible with their time. They were so easy to work with and made you feel like you were working with a family member. Things went so well that I bought a condo near by my daughter’s home. Same thing we bought out of state and still live out of state, we wanted a place to stay while visiting the grandsons. J&D just made the process smooth again!

Josh and Dyanna were the best realtors we could have asked for. Coming from IN to VA, we only had a few weekends that we could walk through houses. Dyanna was always quick to respond to text and send over anything she thought we might like. Josh was extremely helpful with his background knowledge in construction.
