I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.I called ahead before bringing in my painting because I was flying internationally with it, and I specifically asked multiple times what the quoted price included. I was told it included removing the canvas from the stretcher bars and placing it inside a shipping tube so it would be safe for travel. I even double-checked because transporting this painting was my biggest concern.When I arrived to pick it up, the canvas was not in a tube. It was simply rolled and wrapped. When I asked where the tube was, I was told that I had “misunderstood,” that a tube had never been included, and that they didn’t even have one in the correct size.So apparently I imagined the entire conversation—being shown the tubes, discussing whether my painting would be safe inside one, asking multiple times if the quoted price included placing the canvas in a tube, and being told that it did.Had I known that, I would have taken my artwork somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that can remove a canvas from its stretcher bars, but I chose this business because of what I was told over the phone.To make matters worse, I dropped my painting off on Tuesday and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received a phone call or text saying it was ready. I had to call the shop myself on Friday to check on the status. When I walked in, she claimed they had texted me, but I never received any message.This painting is extremely valuable to me, and I trusted the information I was given. Instead, I left having to find and purchase a large shipping tube myself at the last minute before my international flight.Very disappointing customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this business if you’re trusting them with valuable artwork.

From the moment I entered the the Beverly Frame store I was impressed by the professional insight, and friendliness exhibited . I had 3 pieces of older artwork I had inherited that needed rematting.Having no experience in this area, Nova made some suggestions using different colors and textures and we discussed. What surpised me was how fabulously these paintings came to life with the simple change of a mat!!! The work was completed promptly (within a week) and within budget. I ended up bringing another painting in which even received a bit of a frame touch up.. The most recent picture looked so good I had to redecorate my picture to place it near my bed so it is the first thing I see when i wake up!. The customer service was wonderful they even followed up with hanging suggestions and a check up note. It is apparent they really do care about their work. I try to support small business and they exemplify the best example of local neighborhood business professionalism and personal care. I wiil definately be back...

They were so helpful in showing me good ideas on how to frame this special piece for my daughter. On top of that they expedited it so I could get it to her on her birthday. Highly recommend this business.
