Like the old saying: "Half the battle is showing up." Scheduled a detailing with someone on Tuesday morning for the following Friday morning. The individual took down all the details and then asked me to repeat them. No call, just never showed up. When I called, I got a series of aplogetic AI generated text messages. Alfred Ingram indicated my appointment wasn't on their schedule. I took a vacation day to get my daughter's car detailed for her 16th birthday. Very disappointing. This type of mismanagement is why most detailing places go out of business. If you use them, make sure you call to verify the appointment. Don't trust your communicating with a real person via text.

Really nice people, really clean car. We were using this car for community garden work and we got the upholstery really grimy. And the outside and the back and everyplace else. mow and Kam came to the house and completely detailed the car, inside and out. They didn’t have to use any of my water — their van had everything they needed. I have shared their contact info with friends — I’m very happy with their service.

Our car has never been cleaner! We have two small kids who love to snack in the car and the stains were horrible. There is now no evidence anyone ever ate in our car. The two guys worked so hard and were both very professional and nice. We will Deff be recommending and using again! Thank you all again so much!
