As much as it pains me to leave this review, I hope this will serve as a wake up call for whoever is working there to be attentive to their customers. I brought my family there precisely at around 10:30am July 25th 2026 to experience some shakes and teas for the first time. Upon arrival, there was a young man behind the counter talking with a customer who apparently was there prior to arrival. They had a deep conversation. My family and I must've made it awkward for them as once we were ready to order the young man behind the counter didn't acknowledge us nor cared to ask what we'd like, NOR told us he'd be right with us. As we waited patiently for some kind of acknowledgement that never happened we decided to leave. Apparently he didn't want our business. We might come back and hopefully we will be greeted appropriately. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. Make your customers feel WELCOMED! Take note or you'll lose more customers!
