That said, over the past ~2 years, the quality of service at this practice has gotten progressively worse; there are now cancellations, dismissive staff, long wait times for appointments, and occasionally dental work that did not last. I had an exam—that I waited a month for—and my time with the doctor lasted approximately 7 minutes. I felt pushed out of the door, and there were no notes taken, so I have been unable to schedule the work discussed. When I called, I was told, "No. You don't need any fillings. The doctor said, I just asked him." Odd, considering I have 2-3 gaping holes in teeth from old fillings that fell out (which Dr. mentioned during the appt). Calls go unreturned, and speaking with the receptionists is pointless--one of them has been argumentative and seems incompetent, others just too busy to keep track. I temper the rest of my complaints with the fact that I already had awful teeth, for a variety of reasons. I had one front tooth repaired 3 times in 2 weeks. The initial appointment was to repair a small chip; the second was to fix his repair days later, because the bonding didn’t cover the entire tooth and had a weird sharp edge. This second repair cracked off after 10 days, taking even more of my tooth with it. Then, I went to another dentist for a repair of the now-cracked tooth, which also eventually fell off. I was left walking around with half a tooth for the 6+ months I was out of state. I started with a small chip, now I have to get a crown. A root canal I recently got also fell out within just 3 months... and when I returned to town (6 months later--that's on me) I was told that the tooth now needs extraction. I didn't always have issues here, this was somewhere I felt very comfortable. I don’t understand what happened. Less

In my case, he was not only able to restore my smile and preserve all my remaining enamel (as opposed to some other doctors I came across, who suggested crowns only with further shaving on still healthy teeth), but he also helped me attain my goals aesthetically. As meticulous as the desired image or exceptions you may have in mind are, I can assure you that him, his outstanding team, and his lab, will work carefully to meet all your needs and will not stop until you are completely satisfied. He is highly skilled and has a very trained eye, and you can definitely trust his judgment. The lab unique to his practice, that he chooses to deliver cases through also sets him apart from any other restoration work in the area that I’ve seen. He has probably the most natural and carefully done porcelain work you'll find. I truly feel that no one else would've been able to deliver my aspired outcome. In my experience, I’ve also found Dr. Farhat and his staff to be the most honest, transparent, and accommodating which unfortunately seemed to be very lacking attributes of previous dentists I came across. Since I've had my case done, I haven't had any issues with my veneers failing, my overall gum health has been restored, my jaw discomfort no longer exists, and very thankfully, I regained the freedom of enjoying whatever I want to eat again. Not to mention, I am consistently complimented on my smile by others and find myself frequently referring them over to his practice. I'm very grateful for Dr. Farhat and his team, and glad that I trusted them with my revision veneer case. I only wish that I'd found them sooner.
