I have just finished my first 3 month training block with Jase at MVMT Training Club. I did the Move Good Programme going to his home gym 1-1 twice a week & I do one session at home from the app in my own time. The app is brilliant with a video demo of every exercise and any questions Jase is always on hand to explain.
The level of coaching Jase provides has exceeded all my expectations. He quickly realised what works for me and has adapted the sessions to suit my strengths/weakness and goals. He has pushed me further than I ever thought I could go, always challenging me with new variations and techniques.
Having had 2 babies in the last 3 years getting back to a good level of fitness was very important me and I am loving seeing the benefits both physically and mentally. Being a busy working mum, I wouldn’t of stuck to a program so consistently if I was going it alone and Jase is always there for support and encouragement. He also gives great guidance on nutrition and how to fuel properly before/after sessions as well as little tips on active recovery, sleep and getting the steps in. I have dropped a dress size and 8lbs without trying (or that’s how it feels). I am out running again and just generally feel like I am getting fitter, stronger and faster all the time…. It’s the best I’ve felt in years!
