I had an incredible experience with Laz and the Total Property Patrol team, from start to finish. Communication was timely and transparent. The estimate was clear. I had all questions answered. Our floors were refinished and ready to use when they were done, thanks to the UV curing. Laz worked with us to create a custom stain mix when the off-the-shelf versions just weren’t hitting the mark. Our old red oak is now modern and not pink or yellow! He’s patient and funny and I wish all contractors were as easy to work with. BTW I interviewed 5 flooring companies and picked Laz.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-Tier Craftsmanship & Problem Solving – Highly Recommend! We recently hired Laz from Total Property Patrol for an extensive flooring project, and he was outstanding from start to finish.Laz redid our existing hardwood floors and seamlessly installed and matched new hardwood flooring to blend with the rest of the home. He helped coordinate every step of the process—from demo and flooring selection to finish trim, painting, and installing waterproof LVP flooring in the bathroom. What impressed us most was his hands-on presence. Laz was on-site throughout the projects, ensuring every detail met high standards. When minor issues inevitably arose along the way, Laz was immediately there to talk through solutions, take charge, and handle everything smoothly. He truly cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients, and it shows in the final result. We highly recommend Laz and Total Property Patrol for any flooring or property renovation needs!

I wasn’t sure what to expect since this wasn’t the typical “floor refinish” process. I was not disappointed! Not only did they color correct many areas that were worn down to the wood but they gave my floors an overall nice muted satin sheen and clean appearance. I love the way they look! Thank you!

We recently had our floors replaced with LVP and WOW the difference in how our first floor looks is truly incredible. The attention to detail from Lazarus and his team was greatly appreciated from the initial quote process through the work itself. I would highly recommend Total Property Patrol to friends, family, and other reviewers.

Floors turned out beautiful! They were very worn with visible damage. Lazarus was wonderful to work with. There were a few areas we were not 100 percent satisfied with and he immediately came back to redo. We are very happy with the way they turned out and with the great service.
