Great experience at first. I was going through an insurance claim. I wanted a wall removed (paying out of pocket) but he stopped responding after I mentioned it. I explained that Im a disabled veteran and use a cane often. After I had submitted his estimate to my insurance. I had to start the process all over again and find someone else.

Job was to replace bathroom drawer and cabinet fronts, paint them and cabinet. Brian is thorough, has a passion being a carpenter. Communication was excellent, timely. The painters came in after he had installed the fronts, had removed them to paint them and put them back, but the drawers and cabinet doors were out of alignment. Brian came back spending an hour moving the fronts back to where he had originally put them, and realigning/ adjusting every one. Finished product looked great. Price was competitive, and he manufactures the doors nearby in Perris. If you have any carpentry remodeling jobs, hire him!

We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. From the very beginning, Brian took the time to really listen to our vision what we wanted, how we wanted it to feel and brought it to life better than we imagined.Throughout the entire project, his professionalism stood out. Brian communicated clearly and consistently, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the whole process stress-free. What really impressed us was the attention to detail, not just in the craftsmanship, which is outstanding, but in how he respected our home. He and his sons made sure everything was clean at the end of each day, even taking the extra step to check the driveway so no debris was left behind. The finished built-in is absolutely incredible and has become the centerpiece of our home. You can tell Brian truly cares about his work and the people he’s working for.We can’t thank you enough Brian Holland and Sons! We’re beyond grateful for the work he did for our family.

I can’t say enough good things about Holland and sons and his crew. They are a true family operation- Brian is personable and expert at his craft, and his sons are some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. They finished the job quickly without cutting any corners. The finished moulding looks stunning, and they were a pleasure to have on the job site. It’s rare to find a team that combines such talent with genuine professionalism and respect for the clients. We can’t wait to work with them again soon!

I have a small kitchen that did not have an existing pantry. I was using a makeshift pantry that was a total eye sore (pictured in first photo). I had an idea for a pantry and Holland & Sons built it and exceeded my expectations. Totally changed the look of my entire kitchen. Friendly, communicative, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend for your next carpentry project.

Brian and his son Wyatt really did a fantastic job with our renovation project. We’d originally found Holland & Sons Construction when we were just looking for someone to do some reframing for the new windows we’d ordered. But after discussing with Brian our overarching goals of the full renovation, we discovered his experience and expertise as a general contractor in a variety of areas. In addition to the external framing, which included over a dozen windows, a slider, and the relocation of the front door, Brian and Wyatt also performed significant interior framing. This included the relocation and installation of doors and walls to accomplish the final floorplan. One of the most significant parts of the interior changes was installation of 25 foot beam to replace the wall that separated the kitchen and living room, allowing for the final open concept design.Of greatest benefit was the on-the-fly adjustments necessary to accomplish the work. Although we were working with finalized and approved plans, Brian was very thoughtful in raising questions and making suggestions for practical adjustments to those plans that aligned with our desired outcome.Brian also coordinated his finishing team to perform all of the drywall, texturing, and painting to our great satisfaction. They were flexible, professional, and careful to protect the spaces where they were working.Holland & Sons provided all the cleanup and disposal of all the demolition and supplies used throughout the project. Except when otherwise impractical, workers cleaned up their work areas and removed their equipment and vehicles from the property, always keeping the property free of tools, supplies and trash.Overall and in between, we are extremely pleased and impressed with the work Brian and his whole team did for us on our renovation project. The house came out great, and when it came time to sell, buyers couldn’t help but comment on how much they liked what they saw. Once we listed the property, we had offers almost immediately.Needless to say, we recommend Holland & Sons Construction for your next home improvement project or construction job. Give Brian a call, and tell him Toby and Jennifer sent you.

We first had Holland & Sons build/install doors to the office. They did such a great job that we had them come back and install cabinet doors in the pantry. Brian is reliable, trustworthy and has a great eye for detail.

After choosing a lower cost company to install some trims around a couple of new windows several months ago, only to have the seams of the trims separate and cracking appear. I was recommended by a friend to call Brian, the owner of Holland and Sons Construction, for several new windows/doors we recently had installed. Brian came over and immediately was able to explain what caused the failure of the joints on our previously trimmed out windows by the other company. He explained how to prevent that from happening, provided us with a reasonable quote, and gave us a date to get it done. He also gave us a great idea to build a custom shelf below one of the new windows in our laundry room. My wife and I love the shelf, and we never thought about doing something like that. We highly recommend Holland and Sons Construction

I looked for years for a skilled carpenter to build the things I dreamed of in my home. Once I found Brian Holland, I couldn't stop giving him projects! I started with simple baseboards and door/window casings but soon realized that his attention to detail and creative visions were something I didn't want to let go of!I had an ugly coat closet in the entry of my home and I wanted a mud room type cabinet built there. He made my vision come to life better than I'd ever imagined! He even built a beautiful bench to go next to it and I am in love. When I say his work is quality, just understand - I have SEVEN children who beat my house up on a daily basis haha! If Brian's creations can stand up to my brood, his work will stand the test of time for anyone!Next, I had this crazy idea to build arched shelves and a stone covered electric fireplace - oh, and I wanted reeded doors on the cabinets, which he promptly custom made from scratch!! Amazing. Brian didn't bat an eye bringing my dream to reality. I mean, look at these photos! It's beyond anything I expected and I get compliments from every single person who walks through my door! Can you believe he and his son built this in only a couple of weeks?!My next project is already in the works - a built in dining bench for my kitchen table. After that, I've got plan after plan on my list! I know that Brian will do an excellent job at anything I request. The quality of his work is unmatched - sturdy and guaranteed to last.I really need him to keep working on every dream on my list, but I suppose I'll share him with you here or there haha!!Just don't keep him too busy, I need him!

Brian and his team have done several large builds for us and we will never hire anyone else! Project #1 was a new wall and door to enclose our upstairs open loft. Project #2 included crown molding throughout the house, new door molding, shiplap boards above the kitchen cabinets, and alterations to the framing of one of the bedrooms. Project #3 was a garage-to-office conversion including raised floor, all new walls and ceiling, lighting and a/c, flooring and moldings. I am so beyond thankful to Brian for making all of the plans in our heads a beautiful reality. He takes great pride in his work and the quality of everything he has done is absolutely top-notch. We cannot praise him enough!!
