If I could condense all of the most wonderful compliments into this one review, I wouldn’t hesitate. I had the privilege of working with Design Pro to renovate the first floor of my home, including a complete kitchen remodel and converting an existing closet into a powder room. I worked with Sal and Matt, who provided me with just the right amount of guidance/support while still allowing ample autonomy throughout the decision-making process.Not once throughout the project did I ever have concerns about whether things were being done correctly. Everyone on the team was extremely detail-oriented and committed to providing only the best results. Even though I’m assuming that Design Pro is always juggling multiple projects at once, they always made me feel like my project was at the forefront. Communication was consistent and constant.These are genuine people just looking to do good work. I can’t imagine ever doing house project without them! My wife and I hired DesignPro to finish our basement, and they did a fantastic job. Our project was managed by Taquan and Jose, and eventually Juan- and they were all professional, hardworking, and courteous. Their communication was excellent, and we could tell they really cared about doing the job well.Taquan was prompt and responsive. Jose went above and beyond to be helpful and move the project forward. And, Juan was very courteous and consistent.Each member contributed creative ideas that improved on our initial vision. Between the tile installers, the master electrician, the carpet installers, the HVAC specialists, and the plumbing staff- every component of their chain was excellent. They also brought in a group I think was named Lopez Glass, and they did an absolutely incredible job installing the shower glass.During the project, my wife and I had our newborn son- and the team was very considerate to let us know when they would be loud (jackhammering, etc.) so we could plan around it.DesignPro is an excellent company, and I would 100% use them again in the future- and recommend them to anyone else looking to have work done.

During the spring cleanup we noticed some pretty significant dry rot on our two back doors. We reached out to Eric Colton at Design Pro since he had done such a phenomenal job renovating our bathroom the previous year. Even though this was a small job compared to what he typically does, Eric spent a significant amount of time pricing out various options, working through several potential solutions, and ultimately offering the same level of customization and attention to detail that we had experienced the previous summer (even though the previous project was significantly larger). We ultimately decided to replace one door and repair the other.Once the project started, Eric was in constant contact with us and diligently inspected all of the work his crews did. We have continued to have find the Design Pro team unrivalled in both diligence and integrity. Eric’s team that replaced the first door went above and beyond by replacing some studs that had been exposed to moisture for no additional charge; additionally, Eric credited us a portion of the deposit back when the door repair ended up being easier than he had initially planned for.Based on multiple experiences, Eric Coltan and the Design Pro team will remain our first call for all of our home improvement projects.

We are so thankful we ran across Design Pro Remodeling! This is a top-notch company you should trust! We were first-time home buyers unsure about how to go about renovating our home. We were clueless, but they made things so easy. They repainted our entire home, refinished our wooden floors, replaced every light fixture, replaced essential items (such as our water heater), and had shelves installed in our laundry room. They managed everything extremely well and coordinated the schedule under a very tight schedule. I was nervous because of our tight timeline, but this company kept their cool and delivered as promised. I had the good fortune to be referred to DesignPro by my realtor, Mark Wilson.(Long &Foster).EJ Person was my main contact. EJ listened to my ideas and concerns and gave me constructive feedback about how to proceed.The on-site contractor was Ronny. Either Ronny or EJ came by to check on progress and Ronny actually worked on some of the construction. They even created a text group between the three of us to help with communication!Throughout it all, demolition, tiling, etc. there was always someone for me to speak to if I had a question. Design Pro has been an exceptional company to work with. We started with a small project recarpeting our stairs. We then had a major flood in our home and DP was incredibly responsive (assessment within a few hours of the incident). They provided superb repairs and uncovered substandard work performed by a previous contractor. Since then, we have asked them to complete exterior repairs as well as interior work. They professionally accommodate straightforward and complex projects. While they do subcontract certain services, Giovanni remains the sole point of contact which makes any concerns or questions very easeful to address. Kevin Arnez (the project manager) and his crews have consistently done a fabulous job on all of my house projects. I live in a townhouse that was a '70s hell disaster when I bought it five years ago. Design Pro has done a wide range of projects for me including a new kitchen (from ceramic tile floor and a stainless steel ventilation hood installation to an open kitchen with new wall and backsplash tiling), Silestone quartz countertops, the installation of custom stair railings (these were special order aged brass railings that were powder stain dipped to the finish of my choice), 4 bathrooms (one had a complete shower remodel and installation), and flooring installation (replacing horrible carpet that smelled like smoke). I have several smaller projects that they will complete in the fall since all of the large ones have been completed. A special shoutout to Carly (tile installer extraordinaire and who did most of the work on my kitchen), and Dennis, who was an amazing foreman and problem-solver. Design Pro is the only contractor I use, and I highly recommend them.

After our finished basement flooded due to a cracked pipe in the garage above it, design pro completely led our renovation/restoration. This included new drywall, sheet rock, painting, and flooring. Beyond just the excellent physical work, which was done quickly and cleanly, Gad led discussions with my insurance company on my behalf. He was able to triple the amount that insurance was covering through lengthy and tedious negotiations with them.
