I leave a bowl out for snacks and they are gone within a few hours daily! What a wonderful simple way to provide my family with some of the most nutritious snack out there. I tried for many years to grow my own but very seldom did I have success as it either got too hot or too cold in my kitchen. This is truly the next best thing to growing your own. They are picked the night before they deliver and you can truly taste the freshness. I have a family member that says she is ‘allergic ‘ to salad but she will eat those by the hand-full. My breakfast has been made so much simpler as I can simple now add these on to my scrambled eggs plate and have successfully completed my fresh veggies requirement for that meal. I have severe gut issues and these microgreens make my tummy smile, they just feel so good and right! I am truly grateful for this wonderful fresh and high quality product. My tummy rejects most raw and even fermented veggies but I have eaten these microgreens now for over 4 month and I have never felt better. No comparison with the store bought ones, just not even closed to the same level. I love Evanston Microgreens. I get a variety of fresh microgreens delivered to my door at the interval of my choosing - weekly, every other week, monthly. (I get three varieties every other week.) The company is one of great integrity. The price is reasonable. They taste great! They pack the package and don’t scrimp. What more could one ask for?!!... More

Love them so good. Fresh and crisp I love adding them to anything I would use lettuce for sandwiches wraps and salads. Yumm!
