Really happy with our experience at Haven Grappling Academy so far. I love the environment here. It feels welcoming, clean, structured, and very positive for kids. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient and genuinely care about each child’s growth and progress. As a parent, I really like the idea of my child being involved in a sport during these pre-teen years because it helps build confidence, discipline, focus and respect while also keeping them active. The classes are organized, engaging and create a great balance of learning and fun.Highly recommend for parents looking for a supportive place for their kids to grow both physically and mentally. Thank you Troy and team for your wonderful job.

I love Haven Grappling Academy because Troy Bou is very intentional with how class time is split up. Every class is difficult enough to push you to improve, but not to difficult to where you don't learn from your mistakes or can't employ better strategies to solve the problems that you're presented with. Every class allows each grappler to explore new ways to solve the various common problems that every grappler would face in a submission grappling setting. I hope more people can benefit from Haven the same way I had.

Learned about Haven through my friends, specifically since the gym’s Sunday open mats are available to non-members. It had a great vibe and let me work with a lot of different bodies and skill levels. I ended up joining the basic classes and found out there are a great group of friendly women training there too.
