Today was my first time visiting and I left very satisfied the shop was clean, inviting and the nail tech that did my builder gel pedi did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants good quality nail work done. Also the owner is very friendly.

I went in July with my daughter to get pedicures, though I felt a little rushed it was okay, while doing so, I was talked into getting my nails done, and I was told the lady would do builder gel, that last longer and is good for your nails, after a quick search it seem true, so I did, well it was more then gel nails it was $65. A month later I go to a shop closer to home, the technician showed me that I did not have builder gel at all just regular gel the was probably told that so they could charge me more…. The lady was really pushing to me to get them, I bit the bait, lesson learned, won’t go back to a shop that lies to get more money. I hadn’t been to a shop for years so I had no idea.! Also it was a sloppy job. I left with one of my fingers bleeding.

Went to get a mani/pedi today. Completely unsatisfied. During the pedi, the lady didn’t even take off the gel nail first before putting on new nails and you can totally tell. She then opened up a pack of stuff, added it and said, that will be an extra $5, if I didn’t ask for it, don’t add it. Now, the mani, she stood up and did my mani, she didn’t even soak off my gel nails first, before putting on the polish, my nails aren’t soft like they usually are, she didn’t have me wash my hands with water like usual, to add on to that, instead of using lotion, she put on some kind of oil on my arms. I paid all that money and completely disappointed. She was definitely in a rush!

Went to a different salon said they couldn't help me due to a crack in my nail, came to LN NAIL and they did an awesome job helping fix my nails. I would highly recommend. I definitely will be coming back here for now on.

I am so over it. I make appointments and still have to wait 30-45 minutes for my pedicure with Lana. What is the point of making an appointment if there is such a long wait time? It's overlooking because the cash flow is more important than the value of my time.I started going to Spa on the Boulevard in Abingdon. It's worth the half hour drive due to their excellent customer service and professionalism. I never wait. They come in the lobby area, which has refreshments, to take me to my private booth. I sit behind the curtain where the water sounds like waves slowing rushing to the shore just to rush back to the ocean. I am very pleased there.I still wanted to give L and N a chance today, and once again ... of course they were running behind. Yes, another scheduled (this one was made online versus me calling) appointment that failed once again.I left after waiting 15 minutes, with two techs doing pedi, and three people waiting who had arrived before I did. I did receive an applogy from Demi, but after the repeated lateness it is just time for me to move on. I tried for about 3-4 years. I'm done.

Demi did my nails, when I tell you I have an autoimmune disease that affects my hair, skin & nails. When Demi took the polish off she said “We are going to get you right” and she took her time on me. She removed any “dead” part of my nails, cleaned them up so good to where I could have French tips. First time in years I’ve been able to get French tip without it being pink & whites. I will be coming back here for my nails!!! Thank you Demi

Demi is absolutely fabulous. She took the time to listen to me and gave me the shape and length of the nail that I wanted. In all the years I've gotten my nails done, she's the only one that ever gave me what I wanted. The nails were not thick and fake looking; they look natural. She didn't Rush with me and she took her time. And then she gave me a wonderful hand massage that felt like I had been to a masseuse;it was excellent. Thank you, Demi, you're the best.

I’ve been going here for a year. Definitely go see Demi for your nails and Lana for your feet. The customer service is amazing and everyone there is friendly, kind and respectful. I always get the deluxe pedicure with gel polish on my toes and acrylic nails with gel polish.
