Do not go here!!I decided to try this place, but it is extremely overpriced compared to my usual nail salon. I also had a terrible experience. I came in for a gel pedi and mani. The pedi was okay but there was no massage or scrub included in the most basic package which was still $45. I chose a light pink/white color they had in their book that looked OPAQUE. The first coat was sheer, but I was trusting the process. However, at the last coat it still looked super streaky and there was polish all over my cuticles. The guy doing my mani was watching the world cup, so he was not paying much attention to my nails. I told him the color did not look opaque like in the book and if it was possible to choose a different color. He immediately got rude and stated that I could choose a different color and be charged double. He also said it was my fault for choosing that color. I refused to pay for the bad paint job that I could have done myself at home and asked for it to be taken off. Additionally, the salon is not very sanitary as they do not wipe anything down between clients.

Demi did a wonder job on my cat eye polish! I came in with a subpar manicure from another salon and she shaped my nails up beautifully.

Just had a pedicure today. I admit I hadn’t had one in 2 months and my heels do tend to get hard and calluses however when my tech used her “cheese grater” as I call in, she was pressing so hard you would have thought she was grating the hardest cheese she’s ever had to grate and within a minute he hit soft tender skin and removed a layer of my skin on the bottom of my foot and even after I told her to be careful she proceeded to do it again resulting in my heel bleeding the entire time I was there. She completely ignored it. I left there bleeding, the blood running into my shoe. She had blood all over the towels and even on her work smock and she completely disregarded it. No tip for her and I will never return there again.

I am so over it. I make appointments and still have to wait 30-45 minutes for my pedicure with Lana. What is the point of making an appointment if there is such a long wait time? It's overlooking because the cash flow is more important than the value of my time.I started going to Spa on the Boulevard in Abingdon. It's worth the half hour drive due to their excellent customer service and professionalism. I never wait. They come in the lobby area, which has refreshments, to take me to my private booth. I sit behind the curtain where the water sounds like waves slowing rushing to the shore just to rush back to the ocean. I am very pleased there.I still wanted to give L and N a chance today, and once again ... of course they were running behind. Yes, another scheduled (tgis one was made online versus me calling) appointment that failed once again.I left after waiting 15 minutes, with two techs doing pedi, and three people waiting who had arrived before I did.I proceeded to Finish Nails, located next to Pep Boys the next shopping center over to the the left of L and N if you are facing the parking lot. The service was quick, the prices are cheaper. I was in and out without anappointment. I did receive an applogy from Demi, but after the repeated lateness it is just time for me to move on. I tried for about 3-4 years. I'm done.

I called earlier asking how much a soak off would be they said 10 dollars so I drove and came, the lady was rushing through my soak off she didn’t wait for the acrylic to soften and just started drilling on my nails and the whole top of my nails are just drilled off. My nails now feel flimsy and weak. At the end she charged me 20 and said that the soak off is only 10 when another service is included. I’m very disappointed with the service I received and am also disappointed with the misleading prices.

I was in town for graduation and needed a last minute nail appointment. Booking was super easy, Demi did an amazing job on my nails, and they got my out of there quickly. The next time I’m back in town, I will be back!!

I must say that this place is amazing!! Very clean. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable and will absolutely school you on your nails. Demi did my nails today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I am so happy with my nails. My daughter got her toes done by Demi’s sister and they also look amazing. They are ver personable. As customers were coming in the front door, Demi was welcoming them by their names!! I was in shock! I have never been to a nail salon where they actually care to know your name much less care about your nails/toes. Demi has owned that shop for 27 years and I swear if you get your nails done by her you will never go anywhere else. The price for what I got done was very good. My nails have never looked so good! Thank you Demi!!!! The picture I took does not do them justice, but in person they are bomb!!!

I would give ZERO starts if I could. Going and treating yourself to getting your nails and toes done is supposed to be a relaxing experience. NOT TODAY!!!!!! I went in to get a mani pedi and the lady off the bat was tryna get me gel after I said I DO NOT do gel and DO NOT use the UV lights. Then she wants me to pick a color. I told her I just want white tips. She keeps tryna talk me out of that too n telling me to get a color. After I finally get her to understand I only want white tips she then says it’s gonna b $10 more just because it’s white BUT if I do a color it’s the same price. So I tell her that’s fine I’ll pay the extra. She then goes to do my mani and pulls out nail clippers. I tell her I don’t want any cut shorter. She says can I make them even I said yes that’s fine. She cuts them ALL SHORTER. Then takes it apon herself to make them square when I came in with round nails. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Then when I say something about the polish being clumpy and thick she calls the lady in charge over n she wants to try to raise her voice at me. I shut that down REALLY QUICK. Once again trying to push for gel. After they’re finally painted with a half ass clumpy job she pulls the UV light out to dry them that I already said I dont use. Zero percent chance of ever going back. Do not recommend.EDIT…I put socks on about 3 hours after I came home from getting my pedicure. Then take them off and they are STUCK to my toe nails!!!!!! I can’t this was by far the worst $100 I was ever robbed of in my life. Busted toes and finger nails for vacation!!!!!!!

Went in for a spur of the moment gel pedicure and didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Light and calm atmosphere. They gave suggestions on services but not pushy. Will be back!!!
