I found Jump In Swim while looking for swim lessons on the Eastside for my child, who was very afraid of the water. We decided to try semi-private lessons, and I’m so glad we did. We’ve been extremely happy with the experience!We’ve been working with Alexis, and she is amazing. She is incredibly calm, patient, and kind with the kids. My child is pretty sensitive and usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but she absolutely loves her swim teacher!We also love that the lessons are held in the warm pool at Bellevue Aquatic Center. The water temperature is perfect for young kids and makes the lessons so much more comfortable.I’m definitely planning to continue lessons here. Not only is Alexis wonderful, but Cori is also incredibly responsive and always so thoughtful and accommodating. Such a great swim program — highly recommend!

Spencer has been an amazing coach for my kids! Spencer is fun, patient and knows exactly how to connect with kids that learn differently and meet them where they’re at. We tried a few different places for my child before Spencer but knew we needed someone who could offer more personal attention and understand sensory differences. We feel so lucky we found Spencer! My kid went from afraid to put her face in the pool to gliding in the water over the summer. Couldn’t be happier!

Alexis is phenomenal! She listened and understood the skills my child had upon starting lessons, and then built upon those existing skills from Lesson 1! She made a trusting connection very quickly, and my bigger child (who initially was dragging his feet about lessons), asks ME for the next lesson. Fabulous communication all-around, it's easy to book lessons, and great people. So happy!

We are so grateful to Spencer for their amazing lessons! We are blown away by how much progress our 3-year-old son has made in a very short period of time. It's incredible that he has already started swimming by himself over short distances!Spencer makes each lesson both very fun and highly productive. They have a wonderful intuition - knows exactly when he needs a quick break and keeps the entire session engaging. Spencer has been amazing with my son. He has anxiety and refused to get in the pool when we tried group lessons elsewhere. From the very first lesson, Spencer made him feel safe and comfortable.They’ve done a wonderful job gently pushing him while keeping things fun; he’s always smiling and laughing during lessons. Spencer has been a great instructor for my son and has helped him progress in his swimming journey. They make all of his lessons fun and give him positive reinforcement all along the way. My 4 year old son started swimming with Jump In several months ago as a complete beginner. He looks forward to these lessons every week and truly loves his teacher! We have even had someone approach us at the pool to inquire to our lessons as she was impressed by how willing our child was to swim and learn.Spencer is patient, and so fun when teaching to swim. They use a wide variety of methods to engage in swimming skills - we are so happy to have them help our son with this vital life skill!

My 3 year old daughter started swim lessons for the first time with Jump In Swim Academy and so happy we chose this business! Cori has been so informative and patient with my daughter. So far she’s had 3 lessons and there is so much improvement. My daughter was scared and unsure of swimming first couple of classes but by the 3rd class, she is enjoying it and feeling so proud of herself for the improvements made! This is a program that is perfect for my daughter and excited to purchase/book more classes.

My kiddos started swimming lessons with Cori and Spencer last summer. They both absolutely love it and always look forward to their time. They’ve gone from basically no swimming skills to being able to swim across the deep pool independently in just a matter of months. Couldn’t recommend Jump In enough. My daughter started lessons being comfortable in the water but not able to safely swim, and 5 lessons later she can safely swim the length of the pool. Spencer has made her feel so comfortable and confident and Cori is amazing and so accommodating. We’ve done a lot of swim lessons and this is the best by far!

If you're considering swim classes, I truly recommend Jump In Swim Academy. They’re incredibly inclusive, patient, and kind. The instructors are wonderful and really understand how to connect with kids. They offer both private and semi-private lessons, and it’s absolutely worth the drive. We go to the Bellevue Aquatic Center, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing.
