I've been under Stacey's care for about 9 years. I can not express how amazing she is. Her staff is beyond all expectations. Any issue I have is handled in lightning speed. You can feel how much she truly cares about you and wants to help. I've never felt rushed through my appointment or that what I needed was not a priority. The patient portal allows easy direct access when needed. Booking appointments or just getting a question answered is a breeze. I had to make a special appointment at a hospital in town and it was a nightmare. I let Frenchtown Family know and they took it over. It was like a 360 with the hospital. They were calling me and trying to get me in. Their team is so above expectations. I will continue to be a patient as long as they'll have me. I highly recommend Frenchtown Family.
