After contacting John Q many times to come back to complete issues he never returned to satisfy repairs for my screen patio doesn’t hold up to warranty .

We had our pool enclosure re- screened and after the job was “finished” and paid for we noticed 2 screen panels with visible defects and 1 not fully installed properly. Tried for 6+ months to get them to fix the issues and eventually they simply ignored us. Don’t them until you are satisfied

Their team was prompt and professional. The repairs were done with precision and quickly. I am very satisfied. I will be using them for other projects.

I received a written quotation from Quillco to replace all of the window screens on my house. The quote indicated that the screens would be custom built and ready to be installed in approximately 20 days. I told the owner to proceed with the work and he then sent me an invoice for a 50% deposit. I paid the deposit, but never heard back from the owner. After about a month I called and texted the owner numerous times and was told that the material had not come in yet and then that the supplier had shipped the wrong material and that the correct material would be received very soon, etc., etc. Several times he said that he would contact me on a certain day to schedule the installation, but he never did. After approximately 90 days of his song and dance routine I realized that he had no intention of installing the screens and was likely just hoping that I would simply give up so that he could pocket my deposit. My advice to anyone considering using this company can be summed up in one word-run!

John and his crew replaced our pool screen in March 2023. They were a great crew and very hard working team. John himself is far on pricing and he delivers what he promises. I would recommend this company and his crew to anyone looking for a screen replacement. (Job well done guys!!!)! 😊😊

I have no idea about the quality of their work. After meeting them, we had a productive session, which was to be followed by a quote, photos of past work, and possibly permission to visit one of their completed projects, which is similar to what we wanted. After several follow up attempts, where we were repeatedly assured we would be connected by their representative, we gave up on them as non-responsive. All they had to do was say they weren't interested. Instead, they indicated just the opposite and wasted a lot of our time.
