I’m on the board of our local condo association. We have reached out to Chris at AAC twice in the last year or so, just recently last month. Both times he responded to our call immediately, checked out the situation, and set to resolving the issue quickly and completely and at a fair price. If the need arises I am sure we will call on him again. We were very satisfied.

AAC Property Restoration has been a dedicated company for my home for 6yrs now. From replacing the roof on my 128yr old Victorian home to replacing the front porch. The team responded at 8am in the morning after the home suffered severe storm damage late one night in Aug 2023. The team works hard to get the job done and constantly picks up any debris on the ground. I will continue to use this company, so my kids and I feel safe in and around our home.

Had to have a piece of siding put back in place. Chris came to do the job - upon arriving he introduced himself and got right to work! The part to be fixed was very high and he even had to trim a tree to do the job which he did without any hesitation! Did a great job and would call them again! So kind and courteous! After a storm i found a leak in my ceiling. I called and he came out the next morning he found a problem with the turbine vent. He went to the store and purchased a part. He fixed the vent in no time and said no charge. Wow, I will call them for any future problem.

We had to repair our roof in February due to a leak and were working within a limited budget, so we could only complete half of the roof for now. He was quick to get the job scheduled and finished to help prevent further damage. He was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and his crew did a great job. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. I will definitely be hiring him again to finish the other half of my roof when I’m able to. Highly recommend!

We could NOT have asked for a better company to help us after the great flood of Monroe! After the floods a few years back we could not find anyone to even return our call. Then steps up Chris and his AAC team. This wasn't a normal request for this area and his team cleared out and cleaned up our fully finished basement so it was safe again. I could not imagine going anywhere else for anything he would cover.
