Service Tech Randall Smith of the Bradenton location came to our home today, and called prior to arrival as expected, and arrived very soon after.We recently purchased this home, and the previous owner had just purchased a 3 ton unit w/ heat pump in November 2025. Since we are leaving in a few days- we wanted to get the unit inspected as we are gone till end of November 2026.From the beginning of his visit to the end of it, he epitomized the level of professionalism that is not seen as much as it should be in the home service industry.
