Excellent hair cut and spa by Naveen and Manjunath
I went for a haircut - simple U-cut. I had a good experience but a few pointers : 1. When I asked the reception lady for haircut rates she told me the costlier rates (Rs 1100ish for mid range stylist and Rs 1500ish for senior stylist). After which I told her isn't there a junior stylist haircut for Rs 850 for straight/u/v-cut. Small grouse, but staff shouldn't try to scam customers by hiding the ... More

Since this branch of the salon has so many positive reviews, mine may seem unreal or may not make any difference to their business, but I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of other people and help the readers make an informed decision. Even if I can save one person from blowing their hard earned money at this below average salon, Iāll consider my effort and time to write this review worth it! I visited this place a month ago and was happy with the service and also sent one friend and an aunt shortly after. However today was a different story altogether. The Manager is nice and polite to you until you are not saying anything and just nodding your head to them, but the moment you share a feedback, they change their attitude and tone completely. It was unbelievable how the man claiming to be the incharge of this International chain lacked the most basic Etiquettes of how to receive a feedback gracefully and constructively. I went for waxing and pedicure services. Was made to wait for 10-15 mins despite booking an appointment well in advance, which was alright but Iāve a newborn baby and was pressed for time, the same was informed at the time of booking. Coming to the service, post waxing I noticed that my hand and legs had broken hair all over, which happens if the right pressure is not applied while waxing and I initially requested for threading of the ones that looked very prominent but later I was shocked to see that I had it all over my arms and legs. Some parts like my wrist, elbows and triceps were totally unwaxed! The pedicure too was very average and my legs which hardly have any cracks still feel very rough. When I went to the washroom after the service, I noticed the seat was broken and when I sat to use it, it just fell off. It was so uncomfortable for me to put the seat back up and use the commode, not something you expect when you go to a āpremium salonā!! Felt more like one of those roadside Parlors. When I went to the billing counter to pay and share my feedback, the Manager has a different body language altogether . While I was sharing my feedback, he cut me off and asked the lady behind me if she wanted to pay for her service. And when I said that he didnāt even bother letting me complete what I had to say, he just snapped that he had already heard it from my friend. When you receive a feedback from a repeat customer, the most basic etiquette is to apologise for the experience and promise to work on it. Itās so sad that this Manager couldnāt even render an apology or make us feel reassured. He didnāt even greet us when we exited . Our experience or the lack of it made no difference to him. Having run one of the most successful salons of Hyderabad for 5 years and now running a popular Makeup studio in the city, Iām from the service industry myself and deal with clients everyday, I was appalled and shocked to see such poor service quality from a brand that claims to be International. They charged me 3000 for a service that wasnāt worth even half the price!! You get a 100 time better experience in other salons on the same road. Save yourself the time and go someplace better. Hope they work on their sub standard quality and learn to be more service oriented! Less

This place is scam. They have a bunch of lazy workers who dont even finish the complete work properly. I got my nail extensions removed and they did not even clean my nail. It was a 10 mins process to remove it and they said I need yo get manicure to clean up. Removal has clean up in every other place. And they charged me 750 for this. Absolutely nonsense and unprofessional.... More
