Bob was excellent! We were still living interstate when Poseidon started the pool, but that made no difference. Bob’s communication and updates were timely and frequent. If he encountered any issues he would talk them through with us till a solution was found. Once we’d moved in we found his contractors friendly, courteous and considerate. Poseidon’s handover was very comprehensive in regard to maintaining our new pool and he made himself available if we had any problems afterwards.We are really happy with our beautiful new pool and would happily (and have) recommend him for anyone wanting a gorgeous pool!

Bob was great from the start, with incredible honesty, reliability, efficiency and craftsmanship. Explanation of the operations of everything from the filters, pumps, heater and chlorinator we easily understood. We even got the pool in way ahead of original construction date! We still have to add some tiling and a pool house out the back ourselves to complete it, but at handover stage it’s pretty great as it is. Thanks again Poseidon Pools CQ!
