Needed help with a few small issues with the vinyl siding before painting our house...contacted Ryan at Steel builders and he came by the same day...he reviewed the issues, took the time & showed me exactly what to do. Ryan is fantastic to work with. Great communication super knowledgeable. Inspected roof did a great job. I was also told the bathroom vents in the house were not properly vented to the exterior by a different person but Ryan was able to properly find and identify the vents leading to the exterior which was great. He gives you an honest no BS assessment. I would recommend him over anyone else in the area!

We recently hired Steel Builders for our roof project and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the inspection that was much more thorough than I had imagined I would get, through the final cleanup, the whole team was professional, always responsive, and super easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, kept us updated throughout the whole project, and took the time to answer all of our questions. And they were done in a day!What stood out most was the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail. The wonderful crew treated our home with respect and made sure everything was completed the right way. They cleaned up so well and so fast that you'd never even know they were there, which was important to me! It's clear they take pride in their work.I cannot speak more highly of my experience! I called Ryan for a roof leak of unknown origin. He came over the very next morning and helped us uncover the cause. He patched it right away for no charge. He gave us multiple options with multiple price points for a more permanent fix. He was very transparent with what he can warranty and what he couldn’t depending on the route we wished to take in repair.He inspected our entire roof and gave us a very reasonable quote for a full roof replacement within the next few years.As far as I’m concerned, Ryan is the only roofer in the Morgantown area. You couldn’t ask for a better quality of work or quality of character. I’ll be sending his name to all of my new homeowner friends and family. I won’t be trusting anyone but him on my roof.

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job tearing out an old fence that was overgrown with vegetation and replacing it with a wood privacy fence. Ryan communicated about the schedule and gave frequent updates. The estimate was very reasonable and there were no surprises.
