I called Ryan for a roof leak of unknown origin. He came over the very next morning and helped us uncover the cause. He patched it right away for no charge. He gave us multiple options with multiple price points for a more permanent fix. He was very transparent with what he can warranty and what he couldn’t depending on the route we wished to take in repair.He inspected our entire roof and gave us a very reasonable quote for a full roof replacement within the next few years.As far as I’m concerned, Ryan is the only roofer in the Morgantown area. You couldn’t ask for a better quality of work or quality of character. I’ll be sending his name to all of my new homeowner friends and family. I won’t be trusting anyone but him on my roof.

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job tearing out an old fence that was overgrown with vegetation and replacing it with a wood privacy fence. Steel builders is professional with a family friendly feel. Ryan is a family man that understands his clients may have special needs due to household concerns. He was quick to send his man, Jay, out to do a quote. Jay walked us through several scenarios for our issue. He was very up front and honest with his assessment.
