I cannot recommend Jose enough. I found him by searching Shockwave Therapy in Fairfax. I cannot emphasize enough how bad a shape I was in when I found Jose. I could not use either of my arms due to bilateral tennis elbow and I was in a really state. I would break down in tears at work and I was unable to pull my blanket over me at night in bed without extreme pain. I was in moderate to severe pain every second of the day and night and I cannot express enough how drastically my life was being affected. I had already spent 3 months at a popular physical therapy group nearby and they had only succeeded in draining my bank account and making my pain worse. I was at the end of my rope and and truly physically and mentally unwell from the state of my body.Everything changed when I found Jose. He looked outside the box of "your elbows hurt, lets exercise them", and really looked at my whole body and was able to point out physical issues and weaknesses that lead to the tennis elbow, and really focused on parts of my arms and torso that I didn't think had any part to play in my elbow troubles, but it did! His skill and knowledge is unmatched, and the results are proof. Because he actually cares about people and wanting to help them, he was able to fix me. The shockwave therapy turned the page for my treatment and I was able to resume my normal life and activities with less than 2 months of treatments with Jose. If you are at the end of your rope and need help, don't be like me and wait until you are falling apart every day, get some help, call Jose.

I’ve gone to see Jose for various injuries and pain over the past 10 years. Each session is super personalized and his treatment and assessments take a holistic approach. His therapy doesn’t just make me feel better after the session, but it treats the root muscle strength and I go home with exercises that lead to full recovery. He explains how things work so that I can fully understand the problem and ways to work towards recovery. I can’t recommend this enough

I was introduced to Omni Wellness and Performance in Fairfax VA by my Tennis Coach. She said something like Jose's training is next level and totally unique for this area. A few months into meeting the Omni Team and joining Kinstretch classes for strength training my strength and mobility have noticeably improved. If you are trying to move better, get stronger, avoid injury and the subsequent time in PT, then Jose and Michelle at Omni Wellness and Performance are ready to help you. Because of my Coach's advice I knew the training at Omni Wellness and Performance would be effective, but the surprise was how supportive and fun the vibe is at Omni. I've met my goals, made new goals and had a lot of fun along the way. I think you will too.

After two c sections I’ve tried every treatment under the sun to help unstick adhesions and help my scars heal. The dolphin stim machine is what convinced me to give Jose a chance, but then after meeting him and just one session it was obvious that there was a lot more he could do to help me beyond using the dolphin stim: cupping, red light therapy, and manual massage. I highly recommend Omni and specifically Jose!

Our daughter has been at Omni Wellness since 2023 when she was 14 and loves it! It’s improved her strength and agility and is a great youth athletic performance program. Jose taught her the proper way to lift when she started which is something young athletes don’t always get - personal training on HOW to lift and strengthen. Michele has been great this year continuing our daughter’s program and keeping it fun while working really hard. They’ve also helped our daughter through multiple injuries caused on the soccer field. I’ve come to Omni in Fairfax, VA for physical therapy with Jose, personal training with Michele, and different other therapies (red light, sauna, shockwave). Jose’s PT style was innovative and extremely effective. I’d been dealing with chronic foot pain, and the combo of PT/shockwave was helpful. After rehabbing my foot, I started training with Michele- I’d never done personal training before so I had no idea what to expect. Every session is different, with creative routines that are extremely challenging but also work to improve mobility, to further prevent injuries. Michele also has tons of exercise/stretching/diet tips. I am grateful to have found Omni!
