I had recently recovered from an ACL surgery and was lacking confidence in my overall athletic ability, doubting that I would ever be the same in my return to play volleyball. However, after a recommendation from a coach to train with Kelly at The Strength Feed, I found myself jumping higher than ever before, and my speed increasing immensely on the court. Over the past three months training with her, she was able to not only increase my vertical, speed, and reaction time, but my confidence in myself as an athlete on the court.
