Went for a synthetic blend oil change which was supposed to be $35 and they instead filled it up with the full synthetic and charged me $70 for it. When I told them that’s not what i asked for they basically shoved it off as “what’s done is done”.Had no problem going there usually because of the convenience of location but no way am i going to pay an extra $30 for that convenience again.UPDATE: After reaching out via email, they made things right and offered me a partial refund for their mistake. You could tell that they know their preventative maintenance and they know their vehicles.
