Absolutely love this gym. Been a member for over 2 years and go 1-3x/wk. I'm close 50 and am very active - soccer, tennis, snowboarding, half marathons, etc. UA keeps me strong and mobile which prevents injury,keeps me from getting achey, and improves my performance substantially. It's a wonderful community - you come as you are and are warmly welcomed. Since the workouts are full body, functional movements where you choose your own weights, it allows for a wide range of people to benefit from the same class. Sometimes I just don't want to get out of bed but knowing my classmates and the supportive, knowledgeable trainers will be there motivates me to get in the door, which is more than half the battle.
