We completely remodeled the main living area of our house.This included a brand new kitchen with new cherry hardwood floors, custom made cabinets, granite tops and tile backsplash.The master bathroom was also completely renovated with a new and larger glass shower, soaker tub and all new plumbing fixtures, cabinets and granite tops.The master bedroom received new carpet and the rest of the space received new cherry floors. The restrooms were completely refinished with wall paper, hardwood and cabinets. The laundry room received new ceramic tile.Upstairs all three bedrooms received new carpet whereas the stair landing had new hardwood.During the design/consultation period we had frequent visits with John, the owner, who made numerous recommendations, such as increasing the size of the shower, adding glass doors to the cabinets, recommending tile and carpet colors. Due to the extent of the work he explained exactly when demolition would occur and when everything would be replaced. It was a very smooth process.His pricing was very detailed so we knew exactly what each item cost.During construction he would show up on a regular basis, at least once a week, plus we had visits from his assistants as well.I would definitely recommend Southern Vintage and John.

My experience with Southern Vintage was stress free and easy from beginning to end. We removed carpet from all of the bedrooms in our house and Southern Vintage laid down hardwood floors that exactly matched the hardwood in the rest of the house. They completed three bedrooms start to finish, in three days. They arrived early and stayed late. The floors are perfect and we could not be happier with the product and service.
