Unfortunately a few months ago, my grandpa spiraled quickly downhill from having mild cognitive impairment to experiencing complete dementia in a matter of weeks. As he lived in assisted living , we were in a situation where my mom had to find him a new place where we felt he was safe, healthy, and happy. When she immediately called Chloe Roberts in frantic to have her help me look for a board and care or memory care to meet our needs, she proceeded swiftly. Our other part of our family lives in Tennessee and us living in Southern California, my mom had Chloe research both states to see the possibilities. Because of her expertise and sensitivity to our timing and emotions, she found quite a few places that my mom got to visit. Because she was so resourceful, my grandfather moved within a week and he is at Family Cottage in Thousand Oaks, CA. He is very happy and safe there. I also feel that because of the way they operate, I am not only confident of how the place is managed, but my mom's anxiety changed into positive energy by playing a role as a family member instead of a caretaker. I couldn’t recommend Chloe enough for her incredible support, flawless service and genuine compassion to want to help her clients. As my whole family has suffered from dementia and therefore we feel very knowledgeable, but it was hard too swallow everything we had to endure with my grandfather's situation thus Chloe wasted no time to guide us during such a fragile time and to that we all say “Thank You.” Staci & Family
