I took a class at Alloy Gym in Vista today, and I really enjoyed it! It was a small group of six, and the session was structured in pairs. We went through three rounds, and in each round there were two different exercises per person. So overall, we did six different exercises. The whole class was about an hour.The trainer rotated between all six of us, showing us how to do each move, telling us the reps, and checking on us while we worked out, either correcting form or cheering us on. We started with a warm-up so we weren’t jumping in cold, and at the end there was an optional cardio finisher with two extra exercises to get the heart rate up.It was a fantastic class, and I definitely recommend it. I’m planning to buy a package so I can go more often. I’m confident that with a few more sessions I’ll start seeing results, especially in my core, shoulders, and overall tone. The trainer said it was a full-body workout with sections focused on core, upper body, and lower body including quads and glutes. Overall, such a great experience!
