I have been a patient of Dr. Niceforo, Dr. Braun and Dr. Nowak for more than 10 years. Dr. Niceforo has now retired, however, I still see Dr. Braun and Dr. Nowak and they are both wonderful dentists and they are very gentle and very attentive to my dental needs. The dental hygienists are wonderful as well as the office staff. I highly recommend the East Aurora location of Western New York Dental Group.

Today was my first visit to this office due to severe pain. From the front office staff to the dental assistant to Dr. Nowak, I felt like I was the only patient. The day before I was looking for someone to see me the next day but all the appointments were booked. Even though I wasn't a patient at this location, the front office staff called me back letting me know a spot became available - something she definitely didn't need to do. Dr Nowak spent time explaining what was going on and answered all my questions. It was such a rare experience to be so impressed by an entire office!
