My husband and I own 6 Airbnb's. I pride myself on my Airbnb's being very clean and pleasant as soon as our guests open the door. Ana has been taking care of our apartments for almost three years, and we are very happy with the results. The goal is to obtain 5 stars for cleanliness, and good reviews stating how clean and well stocked our apartments are. Our Airbnb's do receive that regularly. Ana herself is an amazing cleaner, punctual, reliable, thorough and does a beautiful job. She makes sure her employees come when needed, at times cleaning four, five apartments in one day. She manages her employees very well and handles any issues that may arise. Ana and I have developed a great working relationship over time, I am very pleased with her work, and enjoy her personal touch. I recommend Ana's cleaning service to anyone for good detailed cleaning, attention to details and respect for any suggestion one may have.
