Shanese came to our house the other day for a closing on our new home. A convenience we were so appreciative of since we were in the middle of packing up our home of 26 years! She was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. When an issue/question came up with the paperwork, she got right on the phone and had an answer for us. She made the long signature process of buying a home speedy and we were confident when she left that the job was done right!

Shanese was the Notary for my recent mortgage refinance. She was timely, professional, knowledgeable, fully prepared, and very courteous.👏🏾 She even caught an error on the part of the title company's representative. 👍🏾She came with blue ink pens and a legal paper length -clipboard so the delicate wood of my dining toom table was not damaged by the impressions from the many (too many!😖) signatures required during the settlement process. Shanese transformed an infamously boring and tedious task into a very pleasant experience❣️ I highly recommend her and I would be very pleased to use her setvices again in the future❣️
