Two weeks ago, the rainbow foam that is supposed to be included in the Premium plan was missing, with only regular soap used. Before today’s wash, I specifically asked a staff member about this and was clearly told that the rainbow foam had been unavailable “for a long time.” However, after payment and once inside the touchless wash, the rainbow foam suddenly appeared again. This directly contradicted what the staff said and felt misleading, if not deceptive.The pressure wash was also done very carelessly, with minimal effort. In addition, the touchless wash machine appears to have serious alignment issues. Even when I stopped exactly where instructed, the top portion of the rear window was completely missed. After returning home and checking the car, the rear section looked almost as if it had never been washed.For a higher-priced Premium plan, this level of cleaning quality and inconsistent information is unacceptable. The service is unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I will not be returning.Photos speak for themselves. Can you believe this is what the car looks like right after a wash?

I was not happy with what the two guys did to my car this afternoon. I always go there for car washes—sometimes I get full detailing inside and out, and sometimes just an exterior wash, usually the deluxe. Today, I only wanted an outside wash, but they did not wash my car properly. The two Indian guys told me to drive my car into the car wash while it was still covered in soap, and I had to use my wipers just so I could see. This was different from the car in front of me, which also had the deluxe wash—they rinsed that car before driving it into the car wash.Two months ago I went to this place for inside out detailing it was good except the right passenger window forgot to clean up. There’s always something unfinished job to be done. Hope this review helps to improve the quality of service to your customers.

Must be new owners since I came here last. AWFUL! 2 hours and my car is pulled to the side while express car washes are going by over and over again. I asked why they didn’t give an answer and said mine was next, they lied, several more passed ahead for absolutely no reason at all. Told 90 mins and it’s hasn’t gone through after 2 hours. Don’t come here. THEY ALSO LEFT WET CHEMICAL/SIRT COVERED RAGS ON MY SEAT AND FLOORS TO LEAVE!?!?!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, but today was by far the worst experience. The photos speak for themselves, dirty windows, garbage left behind, and a half-done vacuum.Exterior Service:Half of the windshield was left completely covered with bug tar — they didn’t even attempt to clean it.Water marks and streaks were left everywhere after washing, showing no attention to detail.Interior Service:In the past, they at least removed the garbage, but this time they didn’t even bother. Trash was left in the doors, under the seats, and between the seats and center console.The vacuum job was extremely poor, large crumbs and debris are still clearly visible.Items on the back seats were untouched, as if no effort was made to provide a proper cleaning.I paid for a full service, but what I got was worse than a quick rinse. I noticed their service has been declined so much, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I visited Mr. Clean today with my blue Honda Civic and was helped by Mr. Vikram (a Punjabi gentleman wearing a turban). He was incredibly helpful and professional—doing his job with genuine dedication and heart. A big salute to such a hardworking and committed employee!
