Tony came out to assess our basement and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He took the time to answer all of our questions and scheduled the job right away.When Paul’s team arrived, they were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Had a very damp room in the basement. The crew was very respectful, came on time and did an amazing job. Tony explained how the process worked so I could understand what work they were doing in the basement. We had an encapsulation of our crawl space in the basement due to water and a musty smell. We were scheduled right away and the crew was on time, quick in installation and polite. They made sure to clean up the space and take extra precautions using a hepa filter to provide safer air quality due to being pregnant. They answered all of our questions and were available by phone for any follow up questions we may have had. Would recommend! Now we can use the space for storage. It looks clean, and doesn’t smell anymore!
