I had a horrendously bad experience with Medicare Advantage during/after a recent surgery. With only a couple of weeks before the window to get out of Medicare Advantage closed on March 31 Jaime worked quickly and diligently to review all of my options, explain them to me and assure that I was able to change my coverage to Medicare and a supplement. Which is really hard to find now days.
