I've been going to Crowds for over 20 years now, and I genuinely wouldn't trust anyone else! Jamie is a true professional — always friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly skilled.Whether it's a quick tidy-up or something more styled — and believe me, over the years I've been through a few bold style choices (not all of which Jamie approved of 😄) — she's always handled it with honesty, humour, and expert advice.She’s brilliant with me and my kids too — my two boys love going in for their haircuts and always come out smiling (even the teenager 😄). Jamie is also incredibly flexible — always happy to squeeze me in if I’ve accidentally missed an appointment or unexpectedly show up with the boys in tow for what was meant to be just my slot.Jamie has created a relaxed, welcoming environment, and Crowds feels less like a business and more like catching up with a friend — who also happens to give great haircuts. Highly recommend!

First time at the salon, my hair was in bad condition due to a long gap in getting it coloured/cut. I needed a lot of length off and fresh colour. Jamie was really nice and advised the best colour for my hair and the length it would benefit from being. Really happy with the results and got really good after care advice too. Booked back in again before I left the salon.
