Dale is a ROCKSTAR. I’m young, and being on Medicare has been a challenge. It’s difficult to navigate, unless you have Dale by your side. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and communicates well. Dale follows through on everything he says he will do. He keeps you in the loop and stays on top of getting things done. He’s very personable and compassionate. He truly cares about each and every one of his clients. His passion for his job shines through. I don’t ever doubt that Dale will find a solution. I know that once it’s in his hand the problem will be solved. I recommend Dale to any individual trying to dig through insurance, whether it be Medicaid, Medicare , or private sector. His skill set can work them all. I won’t ever be able to thank Dale for helping me, not only with Medicare but also with empathy and understanding towards my disability.
