I recently got my eyebrows done here by Jennifer and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I always hated my uneven brows (they were thin and messy looking, over plucked some years ago)Jennifer really takes her time to ensure you're satisfied, she spent the first hour mapping my brows to suit and making sure I was happy before she even started. She was so gentle the whole thing was basically pain free.My brows look fuller and even in shape I'll never have to draw them on anymore.The little after care goodie bag is such a nice touch too.10/10 service and value for money cannot recommend her enough!

I had no real expectations for my lip blush when I went in for my first appointment. I wasn’t sure what to expect or how they would look on myself. Jen however did the most amazing job she got the shape perfect and colour amazing! I have a condition that leaves my lips extremely pale, so having some natural colour back has made such a difference. My initial appointment with her was an unparalleled experience; she created such a comfortable atmosphere that it felt as though we had been acquainted for a lifetime. Her meticulous attention to detail is extraordinary, and she dedicates herself to achieving perfection.Previously, I had a lip blush procedure with another beautician that unfortunately resulted in a disaster. The mapping was not properly executed, leading to a very uneven cupid's bow, with one side significantly higher and more pointed than the other. Furthermore, there was no follow-up appointment offered, so the work completed on that single day was final. The procedure itself was excruciatingly painful, to the point where I nearly stopped several times, and the severe bruising around my mouth prevented me from leaving the house for the subsequent week. I had mistakenly assumed that this was a normal part of the lip tattoo process.That was until I had the ultimate experience with the lovely Jen. Her approach was so gentle, relaxing, and painless, with absolutely no bruising. To be honest, I actually fell asleep during both the first appointment and the follow-up. I believe it was serendipitous that I saw an advertisement/offer on Facebook for Defined Beauty, which featured a short video of Jen and her lip blush procedure. I observed her meticulous mapping process and how wonderful the woman's lips looked after the treatment, so I contacted her to inquire if she could remedy my embarrassing lip tattoo.Now, seven weeks after my follow-up appointment, I could not be more delighted with the results. If you are considering lip blushing, I wholeheartedly recommend Jen. You will not regret it.

Highly recommend! I have been hesitant on getting my lips tattooed due to prone to coldsores when I’m run down.I got really great advice . Before . During and after my lip tattoo . All assisted with those buggers . I could feel them trying to come through but they didn’t break the service due to the amazing care instructions I received.I’m only 9 days post tattoo and I’m loving them.All the care and time taken I really appreciate it. Already booked for my touch up with not a care in the world now knowing I’m being well looked after. Safe to say next winter I will be doing my brows. I found my new beauty place

I got the ombré lip line tattoo and I love the result post healing 🙌🏼 Jen mixed the perfect shade and it was a painless relaxing service. Lips are more blushed but still looking very natural so trust the healing process, now I don’t need to line my lips with makeup daily as they look more defined / full which is what I wanted ☺️ highly recommend!
