Jen worked her magic on my old lips — I went from super pale and undefined to the most lovely looking tint that she chose just for me. I honestly didn’t know what I wanted going in, but she absolutely nailed it.She has such a great eye for what will suit you and really takes the time to make sure everything is balanced and beautifully defined. The whole experience was relaxed and comfortable.Also, don’t skip the touch-up! I recently saw Jen for semi‑permanent lip tattooing and was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and artistry. After sharing the brands and colours I usually gravitate toward, she blended a custom shade that was incredibly close to what I love. I opted for the classic full‑lip tattoo, and it was absolutely the right choice.I did swell a bit afterwards, but it settled by the next morning — purely my body’s natural reaction, not a reflection of Jen’s technique. Throughout the process, she made it clear that she was available if I needed advice or reassurance. I didn’t end up needing to contact her, but knowing she was there made the whole experience feel even more supported and thoughtful.

I had the most luxurious experience at defined beauty I had an educational conversation on what I wanted for my brows and lips and stated I wanted her to have creative freedom! I walked out of there looking snatched and my recovery was so easy I didn’t have a single problem, I followed her guidance for aftercare and stuck to the correct process of healing. I flew up to work and received nothing but compliments by all the ladies!! I exposed and praised define beauty to all of the ladies on site. Jen is truly an amazing person. Due to a situation beyond my control I was forced to cancel my teeth whitening appointment Unfortunately this happened within the time specified for cancellations, and I understand that when time is booked it's difficult to juggle the rest of your appointmenta, but I called Jen 30 minutes before my appointment. Jen completely understood my situation and offered to whiten my teeth after her last appointment.. she literally finished at 10pm after being in the studio all day. That is customer commitment.
