I had the most luxurious experience at defined beauty I had an educational conversation on what I wanted for my brows and lips and stated I wanted her to have creative freedom! I walked out of there looking snatched and my recovery was so easy I didn’t have a single problem, I followed her guidance for aftercare and stuck to the correct process of healing. I flew up to work and received nothing but compliments by all the ladies!! I exposed and praised define beauty to all of the ladies on site. ONE thing is true, I feel like shit but I don’t LOOK like shit and that makes me feel so much better for the bad days!! THANK YOU XX

Jen is truly an amazing person. Due to a situation beyond my control I was forced to cancel my teeth whitening appointment Unfortunately this happened within the time specified for cancellations, and I understand that when time is booked it's difficult to juggle the rest of your appointmenta, but I called Jen 30 minutes before my appointment. Jen completely understood my situation and offered to whiten my teeth after her last appointment.. she literally finished at 10pm after being in the studio all day. That is customer commitment. Thank you so much Jen.. and the date was a success !

Jen was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable, so comfortable that I fell asleep, snored and jolted a few times so she had to wake me up (lol). Overall I'm very happy with my new eyebrows and I get many compliments :)
