Be very, very careful. If you look into their reviews, you will see that many people are not located in illinois. Further, others had 1 total google review but the profile no longer exists. I did a deep dive when I was given an address so I can see the quality of work- when I arrived, they said they have not had any more done. Also, their Facebook page showed 54% satisfaction but only the positive reviews showed up. I brought this to Mohammed's attention and page now States 100% satisfaction. All of this because the quote was double from the original estimate (verbal) to the written estimate.

⚠️ Warning: Stay Away! Horrible Work & HarassmentI am writing this review to warn anyone in the Crystal Lake area against using Times Roofing. They took our money and left us with a leaking roof and zero accountability.Horrible Quality of Work: We paid them in full to fix our roof, but their work was extremely poor. The roof is still leaking every single time it rains.Zero Customer Service or ***Accountability*** When we reached out to get the work fixed—which we already paid in full for—they had no answers or solutions. They acted completely shameless and told us to "do whatever you have to do."***Harassment***After we shared our honest experience online, instead of fixing the leaking roof, they began harassing us to take down our Google and social media reviews.

We hired Times Roofing in Crystal Lake to repair our roof, and they completed the work in June. Unfortunately, the roof is still leaking, and water continues to come inside our home. For the past five months, I’ve been chasing them to come back and fix the problem. They keep giving me dates and promising to come the following week, but nothing gets done. From my experience, I would strongly advise others **not to hire Times Roofing**. I also noticed that they appeared to use a general contractor for the roofing work. If you want to save yourself time, money, and frustration, I recommend looking elsewhere. My experience has been extremely disappointing, with repeated promises and no resolution. **Nothing but excuses and broken promises.**

Absolute rip-off and extremely misleading.I have been trying to work with Times Roofing for the past four months, and unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. I originally had a minor leak and was referred to Times Roofing, which turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made.Despite repeated attempts to get the issue properly addressed, I have not been satisfied with the way the situation has been handled. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before hiring this company. Please be very careful and don’t rely solely on the online reviews. My experience has been completely different from what some of the reviews suggest.I’m also attaching pictures so others can see the condition and make an informed decision for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Times Roofing. I paid in advance for down spurts gutters and nothing has been done. It's not a company it's a SCAM. Please be aware of them! The attached pictures are after the work they done in early May and since then More and more water coming inside the room as you can see in pictures.

Not impressed. Sales guy was great, but the installers rushed everything. They damaged my gutters and didn’t mention it until I pointed it out. Now getting the runaround on warranty. For the amount I paid I expected way better quality and communication.

Time New Roofing and the owner were great to work with. Had a situation where there was no ridge vent even though there was a ridge cap on the existing roof. Plus, it was time sensitive. They bent over backward to make it work, came by to color match, grabbed the materials and completed it the same day I called him. They did me a huge solid, which I appreciated. The crew were friendly, respectful and cleaned up afterward. I'd definitely recommend them.
