IBFIT is a gym unlike any other. Owners AJ and Carmelita are truly dedicated to their members and genuinely care about each person’s fitness journey.As a 64-year-old woman, I was searching for a place that would help me strengthen my aging body in a supportive and encouraging environment. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. This is not a gym that intimidates you because of your age, fitness level, or gender. Instead, the coaches meet you where you are and help you grow stronger at your own pace.One of my favorite parts is the group workouts. Everyone encourages one another, celebrates progress, and even gives high-fives after each round of exercise. There is such a positive sense of community and belonging.If you’re looking for a gym where you truly feel supported and fit in, IBFIT is the place. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved the team here and was making such great progress with our health until both my wife and I were injured. Both of us need surgery now for rotator cuff and lower back. I want to be clear, I am not saying it’s their fault. Rehabilitation for both surgeries is close to a year after surgery. We are both in our early 60’s and late 50’s. We had 6 or 7 personal trainer sessions left on the original agreement. I asked them to work with us. We have been told a refund is not an option for our remaining sessions even though I was willing to take a prorated amount for the reimbursement. So you be the judge, buyers beware. Are they really looking out for you and your health or their pocketbooks? Who really wins here ? I’m out $600 and they could have easily appeased me by giving me $300 back but they chose to ignore me and block me. So if one person reads my review and is unwilling to sign up with you, how much have you lost now? Is it $200 per month for your classes , is it $100 for a personal trainer per session, who wins if one person just says “nope can’t take a chance”!Check mate ! I won!All we had to do was talk.

I’ve been going to them for two years. This gym is not like any other gym. The way Carm and AJ run the gym - it is like a family! They are honestly concerned what is happening with you and your family. They help you with your diet and if you can’t stay on it, they’re always there to talk to you about it. They hire Coaches that are just like them which makes it work with my schedule. They are all very caring, always watching you to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly, incorrectly can get you hurt and most of all that you don’t overdo. With that said, they give you the confidence that you could exceed more than you think you could do. I’m going to be 69 years old and they have given me the confidence that I can lift more than I could ever imagine .They even gave me the confidence of myself image. The friends that I have made through the years, I cannot say enough about these people!!!!So proud to be part of this gym and lucky that I get to know AJ & Carm and who gets to work with me daily. Thank you again for all you do and the support you have provided me all these years :) love you guys
