I am having a great experience with Foundations AI. I put off getting a CRM for a long time because I thought it would be expensive and complicated. I was wrong on both counts. When I added up the cost of all my current separate pieces of software I was paying more! Regarding how complicated it is, yes it is obviously a commitment to learn a new system but the team at Foundations AI support you every step of the way. There is so many different ways to get support and of course the option for them to do it for you if you want. Everyone gets support getting it set up as part of the contract plus some training and I then manage it myself. I've actually been surprised to find out I enjoy learning about the new system. It does so much. I have my online course set up in there, it's very comprehensive and a fraction of the cost of Kajabi. My website was created by the system and is hosted there. All my webinar registration and emails workflows, my leads, my weekly emails, my blog Everything is in one place it's incredible.

We've been using FoundationsAI since the beginning of 2026 and it's been a game changer for our marketing and comms planning.The Media Storage is huge and makes sharing images and video with my part time, freelance comms person really simple.The content generation area in Marketing is fantastic - connecting to multiple different platforms it makes creating and scheduling posts super fast in one seamless process, which saves so much time and helps generate polished posts. And the AI functions for content ideas have been excellent on days where we needed a bit of inspiration.The platform is extremely well supported. As well as the built in Chat option, Dan is genuinely interested to ensure it's doing what you need for your business and offers excellent support.
