If you need a realtor in the Athens area, it's gotta be Dean, full stop. My wife and I bought a modest house that Dean was representing for the sellers. Our house was under contract within a month!!! Dean is personable, kind, honest and professional. He is the ultimate team player/leader. We were fortunate to have had him representing us. I've bought and sold a number of homes over the years and can honestly report that the process of selling my home and closing the deal with Dean was seamless, timely, and easy (yes it's true). Dean made realistic suggestions for improvements, contacted his own professionals when prospective buyers wanted estimates, was immediately responsive to any and all questions. He was gracious when we neglected to contact him when we inadvertently updated an electrical panel after the buyers inspection. He was thoughtful when answering our questions, patient with our difficulty leaving our much-loved home, and understanding and compassionate of our unique circumstances (two family members who were both critically ill at the same time that we were selling our home). The closing was efficient, accurate and timely. Our final transfer of things such as keys, garage door openers etc. was handled by Dean as we had already moved from the area and did not attend the closing. If we move again, I will consider it a miracle to find a realtor who can match the service that we had from Dean Bright!
