Initially, I wanted to sell my own home. It was less than two years old and I had invested quite a lot in it—on the inside and on the landscaping. Several realtors contacted me and I met a couple who consistently told me I should not expect to come close to breaking even. Then, I met with Erin who was very realistic and shared with me the market data and what my home would be expected to sell for based on it. But, then she said she would do her best to market it at the price I wanted and look for somebody who would appreciate the upgrades. She took copies of all the receipts for the improvements, assisted with the staging, had a professional photographer take photos and it sold at asking price in approximately two and a half weeks. She demonstrated a level of honesty, kindness and integrity that is rare! I highly recommend Erin to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
