Chris arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and went to work immediately. I booked the Ultimate (Interior and Exterior) package, which ate up 8 hours. I had advised him that there were coffee stains on the front passenger seat. At the time of booking, he provided a quote that included shampooing all the seats.
