There are MANY reasons to AVOID this digital marketing agency as an option for your business. They have continually overpromised and underdelivered. I sent them and email of my poor customer experience after 3+ months with them, and I received a call from their General Manager, Willem Stallones, (Yes the same Mr. Stallones that has posted two 5 star Google reviews on his own agency that he is an employee and acting like a customer, which should be reported as fake review as there are several other company employees like Aeryn and other outsourced fake google profiles with only 1 or 2 reviews trying to boost this business up with fake 5 star reviews). GM Stallones excused the poor service due to high turnover within their company causing lack of deliverables. He then promised me a free month of service as an apology, so I decided okay let's see if they get back on right track and LOL no surprise here - CRICKETS and NOTHING ONCE AGAIN until I put in a dispute transaction claim on my credit card for a refund of their services. THEN, they finally remembered me and I got an email from them since the refund request hurt their pocket. I submitted may screenshots of failure of delivery of services and the my credit card company did give back the money, but I had to write this review to advise any other small local business about my REAL Poor Experience after 3 months with them:
1. Citation & Link Building
- MBM website promised 25 monthly links with Domain Authority of 90+, yet many of the delivered links are only DA 30–40 and we did not receive anything since the first billing cycle.
- There has been no monthly link building beyond the end of Month 1, and no follow-up on additional citation links since then.
- As of now, fewer than 200 citation directories have been built despite initial email stating getting listed on 200 top-tier citation directories.
2. Google Sites & GeoMap Stacks
- Only a single Google Earth Blast was delivered on Month 2, and another email with the initial Google Site links during Month 1—far from the promised cadence of 1 Google site and 1 Geomap Stack on a monthly basis.
3. Blog Content Optimization
- MBM claims publishing 8 blog posts monthly, but these have only been delivered once (email sent Month 2) and not published on a website in a meaningful, SEO-optimized manner instead of a plain google docs sheet. There is no visible SEO structure, such as proper image alt tags, title, or metadata description to help get crawled and indexed by Google.
4. Perplexity Content Pages
- These remain incomplete with no email communication or updates regarding the progress.
5. Keyword Ranking Promises
- The MBM site mentioned targeting 100 keywords submitted during onboarding, I submitted those keywords.
- After 3 months, and excluding duplicates across the various platforms, only about 20 keywords are ranking on Organic Desktop, far short of the original claim. Even with counting the duplicates, there are only about 66 keywords ranking but not consistently across both mobile and desktop or local map, it's been 90 days and still missing over 30 keywords from the initial 100 keywords to be ranked.
6. Account Management & Communication
- Only one monthly reporting call has been conducted (End of Month 2), and only because I initiated it.
- No proactive outreach from my account manager, Andrew Booker, after onboarding. He spoke well about the agency, sells it as he will be the personal account manager and then CRICKETS after they collect the first month fee.
Overall, after three months and multiple billing cycles, the services I’ve paid for have been incomplete, inconsistent, and below the professional standard that was marketed during onboarding. Most of the work appears to have been front loaded in the first month, with minimal ongoing effort or reporting. Avoid this marketing agency, they are NOT the go-to digital marketing agency. They do the job with AI once during Month 1 and then forget about you and don't deliver transparency on what each package promises.
