It was my first time taking my daughter and son to Sharkey’s. Karen did an amazing job cutting my kids hair and the staff on shift was also very friendly and helpful.My daughter loved her haircut and her manicure. My son has autism and Karen was very understanding, patient and kind. She made our family feel understood and cared for during the process. We truly appreciate the experience and will definitely be coming back.

Karen was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. She took her time, made him feel comfortable, and never seemed rushed or frustrated.Her compassion and professionalism made all the difference, and I truly appreciated the care she showed my son. We had an appointment with Tianee for my son’s first haircut and were so happy with the results! We’ve been to several different Sharkey’s (Cornelius and in FL) and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Tianee was fantastic with our boy and provided the best cut. We weren’t rushed at all and it was clear she is a professional who knows boy cuts well. Thank you!

We had a fabulous experience at Sharkey's Steele Creek! My 4-year-old daughter got her first haircut and felt so special. They cut it, styled it with a cute braid and glitter, and painted her nails. My 2-year-old also got her nails painted. Tav and Karen were so friendly and professional!

I absolutely adore going to Sharkey's with my daughters. From the care they've taken from my eldest very first haircut to her birthday party they've been nothing short of kind, attentive and focused on customer feedback. 10/10 shop to experience as the payer, and even better experience for my kiddos who are deeply rooted in their feral toddler era at the moment.
